Garden Party

After weeks and weeks of rain (or at least it felt like that to us here in Boston!) we finally got a single sunny day! Lucky me, I had an invitation to a garden party at a friend's house :) His daughter turned ONE, and what better way to celebrate than with good Indian food, Badminton and Volleyball games, great conversations, dance performances, and ice cream and cake! By the way, it looks like I wasn't attending the party... I'm seriously in no single picture! I had to steal one from a friend off of Facebook to prove that I *was* there.

Nachdem wir wochenlang im Regen festsaßen (oder zumindest schien es hier in Boston so zu sein) hatten wir endlich einen sonnigen Tag! Glücklicherweise hatte ich eine Einladung zu der Gartenparty eines Freundes. Seine Tochter ist ein Jahr alt geworden, und das ist natürlich Grund zum Feiern - mit leckerem Indischen Essen, Badminton- und Volleyballspielen, netter Konversation, Tanzeinlagen, und Eis und Kuchen! Übrigens, es sieht so aus als ob ich nicht bei der Party war... Ich hab kein einziges Bild von mir! Ich musste mir eins von einem Freund "ausleihen" um euch zu beweisen dass ich da war.
